Time for reflection

It is possible!

Some of your questions might be:

ú         How can I regain a constructive and healthy perspective?

ú         How can I go about re-establishing a balanced perspective in my life?

ú         How can I begin personal development, of becoming the best person that I can be?

ú         How can I go about stretching myself, physically and mentally, beyond my comfortable boundaries?

Getting away just might get those answers!

The serene surroundings of a Korean monastery, the opportunities for meditation, enjoyable physical activities, delectable cuisine, and challenges that can begin your unwind process.
