
Chon-Ji- 19 Movements
Hint: With exception of the 4 punches at the end of the
form, after every punch, there is a block. If
you have just punched with your right hand, the next block will be 180 degrees
to your right and done with the same hand.
If you have just punched with your left hand, the next block will be 90
degrees to your left and done with the same hand.
Begin from Chun-Bi stance.
1. Turn 90 degrees to the left, chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your right leg.
2. Step forward with your left
foot and do a low block with your left hand.
3. Chamber by placing your
left hand out and your right fist on your hip upside down while shifting your
weight to your left leg.
4. Step forward with your right foot and punch with your right hand.
5. Turn 180 degrees to the right, chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your left leg.
6. Step forward
with your right foot and do a low block with your right hand.
7. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.
8. Step forward with your left foot and punch with your left hand.
9. Turn 90 degrees to the left, chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your right leg.
10. Step forward with your
left foot and do a low block with your left hand.
11. Chamber by placing your
left hand out and your right fist on your hip upside down while shifting your
weight to your left leg.
12. Step forward with your right foot and punch with your right hand.
13. Turn 180 degrees to the right, chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your left leg.
14. Step
forward with your right foot and do a low block with your right hand.
15. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.
16. Step forward with your left foot and punch with your left hand.
17. Turn 90 degrees to the left, chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your right leg.
18. Step forward with your left foot and do a middle block with your left
hand.
19. Chamber by placing your left hand out and your right fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your left leg.
20. Step forward with your right foot and punch with your right hand.
21. Turn 180 degrees to the right, chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your left leg.
22. Step forward with your right foot and do a middle block with your
right hand.
23. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.
24. Step forward with your left foot and punch with your left hand.
25. Turn 90 degrees to the left, chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your right leg.
26. Step forward with your left foot and do a middle block with your left
hand.
27. Chamber by placing your left hand out and your right fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your left leg.
28. Step forward with your right foot and punch with your right hand.
29. Turn 180 degrees to the right, chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your left leg.
30. Step forward with your right foot and do a middle block with your
right hand.
31. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.
32. Step forward with your left foot and punch with your left hand.
33. Chamber by placing your
left hand out and your right fist on your hip upside down while shifting your
weight to your left leg.
33. Step forward with your right foot, punch with your right hand, and
kihap (yell).
34. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.
35. Step backwards with your right foot, and punch with your left hand.
36. Chamber by placing your left hand out and your right fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your left leg.
37. Step backwards with your left foot, and punch with your right hand.
