Saju - 4 directions

 

Left-foot-stay 7 movements Hint:  During this poomse, do not pick up your left foot.  Instead, pivot on the ball of your foot.

 Begin from Chun-Bi stance. 

 1. Chamber by placing your left hand out and your right fist on your hip upside down while shifting your weight to your left leg.

  2.  Step forward with your right foot and punch with your right hand.

 3. Turn 90 degrees to the left and chamber by forming the shape an "X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your left leg.

 4. Left hand low block, and left foot in front (Hint: Step backwards with your right leg, while pivoting your left foot).

 5. Chamber by placing your left hand out and your right fist on your hip upside down while shifting your weight to your left leg.

 6. Step forward with your right foot and punch with your right hand.

 7. Turn 90 degrees to the left and chamber by forming the shape an "X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your left leg.

 8. Left hand low block, and left foot in front (Hint: Step backwards with your right leg, while pivoting your left foot).

 9. Chamber by placing your left hand out and your right fist on your hip upside down while shifting your weight to your left leg.

10. Step forward with your right foot, punch with your right hand, and kihap (yell).

11. Turn 90 degrees to the left and chamber by forming the shape an "X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your left leg.

12. Left hand low block, and left foot in front (Hint: Step backwards with your right leg, while pivoting your left foot).

13. Chamber by placing your left hand out and your right fist on your hip upside down while shifting your weight to your left leg.

14. Step forward with your right foot, punch with your right hand, and kihap (yell).
