
Saju Right-foot-stay: 7 movements
Hint: The right foot only pivots in the same place.
That is its only movement.
Begin from Chun-Bi stance.
1. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.

2. Step forward with your left
foot and punch with your left hand.
3. Turn 90 degrees to the right and chamber by forming the shape of an
"X" with your arms and shifting your weight to your right leg.
4. Right hand low block, and right foot in front (Hint: Step backwards
with your left leg, while pivoting your right foot).
5. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.
6. Step forward with your left foot and punch with your left hand.
7. Turn 90 degrees to the
right and chamber by forming the shape of an "X" with your arms and
shifting your weight to your right leg.
8. Right hand low block, and right foot in front (Hint: Step backwards
with your left leg, while pivoting your right foot).
9. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.
10. Step forward with your left foot and punch with your left hand.
11. Turn 90 degrees to the
right and chamber by forming the shape of an "X" with your arms and
shifting your weight to your right leg.
12. Right hand low block, and right foot in front (Hint: Step backwards
with your left leg, while pivoting your right foot).
13. Chamber by placing your right hand out and your left fist on your hip
upside down while shifting your weight to your right leg.
14. Step forward with your left foot, punch with your left hand, and kihap
(yell).
