Grandmaster Kang has 45 years experience in Tae-Kwon-Do. He is Oklahoma's highest 9th degree Black Belt.  Also a PGA Professional, he has been a pioneer in the industry and a great motivational speaker.  Grandmaster Kang has produced several state, national and Olympic champions and is considered among his peers to be an innovator beyond his years.  As one of the most respected Grandmasters in the world, he still loves to teach little ones and plant seeds as he nurtures them and watches them grow with admiration and love.

Master Jim Pentz, VI DAN

Grandmaster Kang's highest ranking, and oldest student of 34 years, hails from Springdale, Arkansas.  He is currently a 6th Dan Black Belt and is the Chief Instructor/local authority in TaeKwon-Do in his hometown.  He continues to benefit from the love and support of his wife and four kids.  Wife Jeanie, Gina, Mike, Chris, and Jeff.  Jeffrey, his youngest son, clearly outshines and demonstrates the most effort among all his children in his attempt follow in his father's footsteps to keep the Kang's Spirit alive in Arkansas.

(Tulsa Location Headquarters chief instructor)

Master Bong Kang, VI DAN (r)

Broken Arrow Location Branch Chief Instructor

Began training in TaeKwon-Do in 1977, at the age of 3.  It wasn't until the later years, that he discovered the potential of the martial arts, and soon found his calling in life.  He realized that, to help your fellow man is to help yourself.  He is the Chief Instructor in Broken Arrow.  He is also a current U.S. Open Medalist.

Master Carol Tregoning, V DAN

It was 30 years ago that I began my journey in the practice of Tae-kwon-do. I had studied it several years previously for about two years and the love for it never diminished. If ever there is one single enhancement to my life it has to be Kang's Tae-kwon-Do.

Carol is a shining example of what it means to have 'consistency' as a black belt and carry on the high standards of black belt excellence into her life.  The principles and tenets of TaeKwon-Do are represented in her attitude on the floor and off.

  Vanh Phetsacksith IV Dan

Vanh has been a fierce competitor in his younger days and trained with world champions to become one of Oklahoma's toughest fighters.  Vanh has two children, Iza 8 and Noah 4.  Iza is a Red Belt in TaeKwon-Do.  Vanh has been dedicated and is known for his 'helpful personality' and remembers vividly a quote from Grand Master Kang'....... "When you help someone, don't expect anything in return.  If you do, you'll be disappointed."

Dr. Ken Tricinella IV Dan

Level I Instructor

Dr. Ken Tricinella is Tulsa's favorite Dentist.  He has three full grown boys, who are all, Kang's  Black Belts.  Dr. Tricinella has been teaching at the Headquarters for 10 years now, and has developed an extremely rare talent for inspiration and motivation.  His former accomplishments include being a Colonel in the U.S. Army.  Ken is a true leader as demonstrated in both the military and the martial arts.  His talent for motivating individuals to reach higher limits is his forte.

Jim Brown III DAN

Mr. Jim Brown is currently a Third Degree Black Belt in our organization.  Mr. Jim Brown has two sons and currently teaches on the weekends.  His involvement in Tae Kwon-Do has greatly increased his knowledge of life.  Jim Brown is a commercial real estate broker for CBRE.  His leadership and compassion for others in his field of work has left many happy business owners complimenting Jim's humble and 'on track business attitude'.

  Clarence Williams III Dan

Clarence is a people person.  If there is something you don't understand, ask Clarence, and he will be more than happy to give you an explanation.  The over 30 year student of Grand Master Kang also has a son and grandson in class.  His son, Camron is a 1st Dan Black Belt and is also a Leadership Team Member.

  Bill Campbell

Bill Campbell is also a very old student of Grand Master Kang.  Bill is an airline pilot and is at the dojang when he isn't in the air.  The dedication over the years has led Bill to understand some very important truths about life and what it means to 'pass on what you have learned'.
