Total price of trip is $2600.  We will depart on March ________, and arrive on March ______.  The fee includes room and board fo= r the entire trip, roundtrip airfare, entrance to all events, and meals.  Shopping is not included.    You shall be obligated to pay= a non-refundable payment of $1300, due by 09-30-07.  The initial payment of half down w= ill reserve your plane ticket and all of the other necessary accommodations dur= ing the trip. The balance shall be due before the last day in February, 2008.
